Short but rough drive out of Vientiane. This is an oddity but has to be seen to be believed. See Buddha as never before.

Worth a trip if you are not averse to driving about 45 minutes out of town. I don't recommend making the trip by open vehicle. The last few kilometres were very dusty. Quirky place indeed. Worth crawling, ducking and climbing to the top of the...More

This is a lovely garden with peaceful scenery. Many Buddha statues with different sculpture. A bit far away from city centre.

This is a nice park and quite large. Lots of Buddha statues with different styles. A bit far from the city centre so not so convenient.

Yes there are all types of Buddha here made from concrete. Feels like a wax museum as it has no soul.

Since u r in Vientiane another extra day will be more relaxing. Going around Vientiane in a motorcycle is more convenient but for me renting a bicycle is good enough for me. Going to Buddha Park by bus is just as easy. Take... More
