The price of admission is now $10.25! It's definitely overrated, given the price of admission. It's just a complex of pretty buildings. Not much more. Unless you have no budget, I can't recommend this place.

The palace and grounds are very nice to look at and the buildings and architecture provide you with some very nice photos, however, for the $10.25 entrance fee that we paid, we expected a lot more. This is the most expensive attraction in the city...More

Went here on a hot day and felt all the worse for it. It's worth a bit of a visit to see be reminded of what a clean street looks and feels like, as it's pretty much the only clean place in the area. The...More

We took a tour there for only 10$ and he was amazing. His name is Bol and I would highly recommend him! He knew everything and took his time!

Worth a leisurely visit if you have 2-3 hours to spend. Very near the riverfront area with its many restaurants (including a DQ).

Very impressive and beautiful buildings. Some great photo ops and definitely in the top few places you have to see in Phnom Penh. Take a hat as it can be very hot and very exposed on a bright sunny day. There are ice creams and...More

We went around 9:30 and paid $10 each to get in, only to learn AFTER we paid that everything would be closed at 10:30AM until 2PM. We felt that we wasted the money and the morning. It's beautiful, but plan carefully and make sure you...More

I highly recommend a visit here, it was really beautiful near the riverfront and easy to access via tuk tuk.

I encourage you to visit if you are into Temples and haven't seen too much already. I found it was a bit overpriced for what it was ( 10$ U.S), you kind of just walk around the temples and that's pretty much it. Don't forget...More

The symmetry, beauty, alignment and the modified hipped nature of the structure makes for interest and class The tiles, ancient khmer prangs, the elevated platform and slender pillars all make for the beauty and uniqueness of the structure. It invites the visitor to pause and...More

I honestly don't know, part of the palace was closed when we visited due to a state visit by someone from Belgium, didn't see any notices indicating scheduled closures whilst we were there.....

Hi There, We have some guests asking us about visiting Phnom Penh and especially silver pagoda in Royal Palace, does this place require long hour visiting and how much does it cost for entrance fee, does it require local tour guide? Any good clean restaurant inside? Thank you, Por Cuisine, Siem Reap

Hi there - You can probably spend 1-1.5 hours max in the entire palace and be fine. I can remember the exact fee, but was reasonable (under 7$ US I think). No tour guide required. No restaurants inside the palace, buy... More
