Been to other much larger and more interesting open air markets in other Asian cities. Was a little disappointed by this one-hoped there'd be more souvenirs for tourists, but they are hard to find in Brunei!

Smal stalls set up within this modern market, just opposite the Chinese temple. Can be quickly covered, and for tourists, there's nothing much to be purchased as it is mainly catered for the locals doing their local grocery shopping.

A local market where you can buy local food, ingredients, fruits and local handmade souvenir. Merchants are nice and they smile to tourists.

Very quiet by day but lively in the evenings. It's very local but as a tourist it makes for a really nice stroll being surrounded by the street food, colour and activity. It's very easy-going though, I had no hassles at all. Pretty much everything...More

Hi iamface, In fact, Kianggeh Market and Kg Kianggeh Open Market are the same. It is more commonly known as Tamu Kianggeh among the local. and it is located right in the city centre, beside Brunei Hotel Thank You
