We really enjoyed this visit, the temple is maintained very well and our guide was excellent - he took us to every room and explained the significance of the rituals that were done there by the Zoroastrians and subsequently the Hindus that visited later.

From Koroglu metro station,take the bus 184.It's not such a special place.The fire is artificial there,gas is brought by pipes.Better is Yanar Bag where the fire is natural.

Undeniably interesting and old its a llttle under whelming. Now surrounded by modern houses and remnants of oil fields its quite small. Still one of the main things to see though.
