We were taken to a view post where we could see the Caucasian Mountains. It was magnificent! If you luck, you might even come across local singers, singing about freedom without any instruments!

We traveled to Amberd Fort on Mount Aragats the highest mountain on Armenian soil. The top is flat but was still snow covered not far from the fort at 2300 meter above sea level

The drive from Tblisi to Yervan is amazing. There is a deep gorge, tall peaks, and beautiful vistas. Nature at its best.

You should go by car, ask in Yerevan for transport. You can find good hotels in Yerevan. You can go peacefully to nagorno Karabach if you want.
