The final resting-place of this Nguyen Dynasty emperor and scholar was built before his death. A lake, pavilion and theatre still exist on the grounds.

In the event that you do the fragrance stream visit you see every one of the tombs and pagodas. Heaps of stairs so wear fitting sprinters or thongs. It is intriguing and you learn a lot en route which you overlook by lunch time. Be...More

We may have been influenced by the incredibly hot weather, however we felt this site, while historical, needed some much needed attention and restoration. Also note if you don't have a guide finding your way about may be a little challenging. Overall glad we went,...More

A pretty place to visit. We came by motorbike and there is free parking but lots of hassle from stall holders - we paid the 5000dong to park to avoid the stall holders! Not much in English inside - take a guidebook! Pretty lake.

Partly undergoing conservation and reconstruction, this stunning tomb is set within beautiful gardens with lakes and other water features, a mound and many ancillary buildings, all elegant and in varying styles. Well worth a visit.

What I enjoyed about the place is the performance of Hue traditional music every day. I don't remember but its highly recommended to check for the hours as the performance is awesome.

This was the only tomb I visited. I hired a motorcycle driver to take me out and wait for me. There's not much there in way of explanation, so read up about it before you go.

Yes they are, the whole area is open and the Tomb it's self is in an open area but not spectacular for photos. The surrounding areas are very photogenic so a camera is a must.

You already had a lot of suggestions. We had our trip booked by our travel agency, vietnam-rejser.dk ... They booked Ngoc from DMZ travels. The trip included private driver and lunch
