Fabulous!

This free museum on Lo Lei Street near the Trang Tien Bridge is not to be missed. The embroidery work that you will see is absolutely stunning in its detail. I'm not sure if the girls are always there embroidering but it was fun to watch them at work.

What a wonderful find among the hustle and bustle of Hue. The embroidery is exquisite and the museum itself is calm and serene showcasing the history and beautifully creative artworks. This should be on top of your list of things to do in Hue.

Exquisite!

It’s a tranquil little place set in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Gaze at the beautiful embroidery, whilst traditional music flows in the background.

I even stopped by twice, and would definitely recommend a visit.

One of the most beautiful works of art I’ve ever seen!

I took a chance visiting the XQ Hand Embroidery Museum since there many reviews anywhere. What a treat and surprise awaited me! This is also a workshop where there are lovely ladies working on amazing works of art embroidering pictures that look like paintings using one silk thread at a time! The atmosphere exudes tranquility, beauty and kindness. Not to be missed.

There are real masterpieces here that must be hard to find anywhere else. They reflect various styles and artistic sentiments. What's more, you can see the actual skilled artisans at work!

I've never really been interested in embroidery, and happened upon the museum by chance while wandering around Hue.

There were many beautiful pieces in here, and some framed insect specimens.

Unique and reasonable

We strolled through the various stations watching the women produce the embroideries and seeing the displays. I bought a piece that showcased the pagoda, and it was very reasonable (without frame) to bring as a memento

the most amazing display of fine needle work and the attention to detail as we watched a lady doing the work upside down. A large assortment of beautiful silk material to buy very cheaply

Amazingly talented and fine artwork

This is a quirky little gallery along the river walk opposite the citadel and entry is free so do yourself a favour and stop in for a few minutes. The artwork is intricate, delicate and colourful. Amazing the fine work that these artists produce. I especially loved the 3D silk stitching. My husband enjoyed it and he's in no way into embroidery, but could appreciate the work that goes into it.
