Last week was a very tough run through thick bush (as we say in NZ). Looking forward to this week - and the beer stop is a great way to catch up with people mid-run!

I've run three times with the SGN Hash and have enjoyed the runs and the friendly reception I received. Circles were funny and not too long and the On On's a lot of fun... On On .. Flasher (Gold Coast H3)

Yesterday we had a jungle run in Ma Da forest with about 40 runners and walkers. The run was 12.5km and the walk 6km. The track was very shaded and we had to be careful of the vines trying to trip us up. There was...More

The Hash is a great way to get out of the city, have a run, walk, and a few refreshments afterwards.

This is by far the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Saigon. The hash will get you out of the city into areas you'd probably never see on your own. So don't miss the bus:-)

Saigon hashes put on a great Hash Bash on Christmas Eve. We were welcomed in true friendly hash style. The run had six drink stops each with its own character and then a circle on the river and back to Game On pub for more...More
