This would have to be the worst place I've been too. Male and female urinating and craping on the street and in the park. Women asking if you want bom bom and men offering you ladies. Disgusting. Stay away from this area

It's perfect. Visit the reunification palace, war remnants museum and the cu ci tunnels. it's a lot of history. Have fun!

It is safe but still like many places, you do have to take care of your own belonging and don't get drunk.
