I can appreciate the effort they have gone to for the show and what they are trying to achieve. Many people walked out during the show because it was so average. We had seats in the middle otherwise we would have left. The music was...More

I have always loved these types of folk puppetry and have seen the on in Ho Chi Minh city. This is very similar but slightly different. The music was superb and the girls playing on the night really seemed to be enjoying their playing and...More

I hate to speak poorly of a cultural experience, but this is boring. The music was too loud, the room was too warm, it was dark.... Try not to nap - that's rude. Honestly, the puppeteers and musicians are incredible, I just wanted it to...More

The show is made of puppets in a small pool. This is the only exceptional thing about it. Besides this, it is a mere puppets show. The problem is it is in viatnameese so you have no idea as to the story played. After a...More

Got tickets included as part of our package holiday, otherwise probably wouldn't have gone, puppet shows not being our thing, so it was a slightly surreal way to spend 45 minutes. Tickets not expensive at 100,000VND for an adult. Doubt you'll see anything like it...More

Hi, yes that's true, though it didn't seem to stop most of the audience. I think if you elect to pay the small fee (50,000vnd for still, more for video) you get preferential seating on front row.
