We were told after we visited by our tour guide it was wholesale and so would have been expensive, however we didnt stick around long enough to buy anything. Bizarre building and experience, we did not feel welcome at all and did a quick walk around and then bolted.

I think the market was okay to walk around once, but it was too narrow for me to feel like I could properly shop. The basement has a few food stalls also, so if you want to eat local local, grab a bite. I think if you are near that part of town that it is okay to walk through,... More

Really not a tourist Market , if you want a knockoff purse or wallet this is a good spot , check street prices first though so you know how much to spend. Tons of clothes great for tiny people.

Dong Xuan Markets, extremely busy and narrow isles. There are no Western sizes in terms of clothes, however it was definitely an experience

The market is not interesting and I did not buy anything. There is not much there and, to be really honest, I would not go back there. If you like the stress and crowded it will be nice for you.

A great place to get most things food wise that you want either in bulk or idea for picking up a few items. Located in the old French Quarter. We skimmed this place walking outside and it looks amazing.....most of the old quarter is! avoid Taxis and get a Cyclo to drop you off! all lit up at Christmas!

This is primarily a whole sale market. Very busy, tightly packed place. Be careful of your belongings. I would not recommend venturing into this market. Bargains for retail not available. If you try to bargain for one or two items they sales people become rude. Many of the things available in this market are available on the streets around it.

A lot of wholesale and stalls but nothing great or truly memorable except for the local folks running around busy with stocks and supplies. Decent but nothing special to purposely venture for.
