I love visiting markets for lots of reasons - looking at the local produce - fruit / veg / meats/ fish etc and seeing the different varieties local people use. Fascinating! Interesting to watch trading going on and also some magical photo opportunities.

At the entrance there is seafood section, the floor is YEK and there's a cage filled with Chinese Softshell Turtle which is gives me an aweful feeling. There are also some other weird creature in cages. I was dying to get out of that section....More

Huge indoor market at the edge of old quarter. Very crowded. Good place to shop for souvenirs. There is an ATM machine near the entrance. Don’t forget to bargain.

the fresh food area is through the back of the front building in the next building and fruit and veg being on stalls outside on roadside,hope this helps,regards,colin.

I went at around 5 PM and saw most shops already closed and a few that remained were wrapping up.
