Anchored by the Peace Memorial, these gardens offer 50 acres of trails, fields and gardens, including many flowers, trees and concrete sculptures. Two small lakes offer swan boats and fishing spots, and an island in the middle is popular for couples. There are trails for runners and cyclists, fields for sports, and ample opportunity for bird watching.

Nice relaxing walk around the park, it was very quiet and peaceful after spending time in the old quarter. Didn't give more stars because I felt very sad to see the monkeys caged up in the centre of the park.

Even in February, we felt it was still hot in Hanoï and the walk in this garden was welcome. We walked from the old quarter and we enjoyed the shadows it provided. There was not a lot to see there though but it was pleasant...More

Nothing much... Just a park so don't expect much. Unless you want a park of course. Enjoy the rest of the trip.

We went as part of the early bird cycle tour and were made to feel so welcome . My husband was asked to play badminton and played for a while, and the kind dancing teacher taught me some ballroom dancing- absolutely memorable.

We wandered round here on a Sunday . Really peaceful after the mele of queues not far away. Tree loos aren't good and I didn't observe caged animals. There were some locals doing a photo shoot with smartly dressed models by the lake. Cheap to...More

Dogs would have to be on a lead, I don't think there would be much of an issue though. Most dog owners walk the west lake but again, your dog would have to be on a lead. I haven't seen any area's in Hanoi where dogs can have... More
