Used it all over Vietnam. Notice that the buses (not the sleepers) don't have AC. Booked a ticket to Cambodia from Saigon and they took 5 dollars more for the visa (35)

I think maybe some of thw unoriginal ones do tours aswell? have you found their main office and spoken with them?
