In its heyday, Dalat Station boasted three arrivals and departures daily. The French built the railway station itself, while the zigzagging tracks were planned and implemented by the Swedish, experts in tricky terrain.

Train ride to Temple complex is sooo cool. Please check before hand if the train actually goes because it requiers at least 20 guests. You get a bottle of water and all. We loved it!

We missed the 2-way short train trip. So just joining a local wedding couple for the station photo shot. This is an active train station going to various part of Vietnam.

I also would recommend this place because it contains like you were in that place by contains all trains as normal like before but not good for going with children because they might get boring very quickly.

This is a nice old building with a (stationary) steam train on one track. There is also an operational older train that takes you to the very interesting Linh Phuoc Pagoda complex, about a 20-minute ride. This train goes around 4 times a day, but...More

Although it is apparently the oldest railway station in Vietnam, this is a run down place with no trains. Just a few, second rate, cafes

The railway station is a pretty colonial building but the greatest attraction is the possibility to take a short trip in the historic train. Warmly recommended and unique

We went there with our easy riders on our way to Nha Trang. It's nothing special you can see here, an old train station with some shops to buy gifts, that's about it

Located in the city and it is very old. I was built from the colonial time. Now it is just another landmark of the city

Interesting architecture but the place really could use some cleaning and renovation (ie. the ink off the stained glass panels was coming off). The souvenir shop is dark and full of the usual cheap trinkets. There's a old Swiss stream engine and a few cars...More
