Very impressive falls, well worth the journey. Pathway down is no problem provided it hasn't been raining.

We always make it a point to visit waterfalls if tbere are any nearby. So we made sure that the countryside tour included these falls. The falls are absolutely beautiful. The walk down is not so much fun. The path winds around a hillside. Wherever there are steps, they are small, steep, slippery and high. Parts of the path is... More

The Elephant falls are not as majestic as the Pongour falls, but since they were included in the day tour, we went there to check out. The viewing point from above the falls is easily accessible by anyone, but descending the path to get closer to the falls is only recommended to those in good shape and wearing appropriate shoes.... DO NOT TRY THIS IN FLIP FLOPS! The walk down is NOT for the faint of heart (and what goes down must come up!) Wear good secure shoes or you may just lose one BUT it is beautiful once you get down and you'll feel a sense of accomplishment once you arrive safely back to the top! Then don't miss... More

Not the most spectacular falls but worth a look anyway , nice and refreshing at the bottom where you can get under the falls .

Fun to walk around though a bit slippery, just make sure you get a pair of good shoes. You could walk really down to the waterfall and view it at different angles, prettu impressive!

We could only view the fall from the top. If you go down to observe the whole scene, it would be very dangerous because the earthen steps were made straightened down, there was nothing to hold on. If you miss a step or strip, nobody could save you.

It was a long road, but the elephant falls are astonishing. A bit of a risky and slippery climb is necessary to reach the bottom

A fairly wide waterfall compared to most that I have seen in SE Asia. The trek down to the falls isn't bad but it's fairly busy. You can also take another path and go behind the falls. Note that it gets pretty muddy behind so watch your step, buddy got himself ankle deep in some soft wet mud. Very busy... More

Nice waterfall about 20 km form Dalat. We booked a taxi and combined the visit here with the nice next door pagoda and the coffee plantation next door. All together a 5 hour journey incl lunch. We went into a sort of cave behind the waterfall. To prevent us from the steam we had a thin rain overcoat. Down to... More
