Great cooking class with a lovely homey feel! Would totally recommend. Went and had a look at the local markets and then went on to cook a beautiful menu to enjoy

I was a little disappointed that making curry paste wasn't included in the school - the advice was it was easier to get at the Market - that is only if you live in countries where you can get it from the Market.

Originally i didn't really want to do a cooking class while on holidays but so glad I did. The tour of the local market was extremely interesting and informative. Yes it stunk but we soon got over that and "Pat" made many a joke about the smell. It was just the two of us which was great. Lots of hands... More

We started by visiting the local markets to see the fresh produce and meat. Gladly Pat explained to us that the meat we would be cooking with would be purchased from the supermarket! From the welcome drink, through to our dining experience in Pat's own home, her hospitality was fantastic. We were able to prepare and cook all five dishes... More

We booked through buffalo Tours, we were picked up from resort and driven to Fiona. A quick tour of a local market(smelt foul, but we survived! Lol) to show us local foods and processes and then onto cooking class. Lemon grass tea on arrival was a nice touch and well presented. Prep work carried out by two assistants to help... More

On a recent trip to Thailand I reluctantly did Pats cooking class (as I didn't want to cook whilst on holidays) but so glad I did!! From the visit to local markets, to the staff & facilities, Pat and her instruction were both informative and fun, thoroughly enjoyed it and so glad I did the class, cant wait to try... More

My wife and I enrolled for this half day course . There was a courtesy bus and on arrival we were taken to garden produce market where local fruits and vegetables were explained. Then excellent and spotless kitchen where Yong made us at home and enlightened us on Thai dishes , which we got to eat and enjoy. 2 friendly... More

Pat's lovely husband kindly drove all the way to Sala Resort where we were staying and picked us up (then drove us back). The entire day was brilliant...from the visit to the market, cooking the food and sitting down as a group and eating it. We made 5 dishes in 1.5 hours. Pat and her team made it all seem... More

Very much enjoyed Pats's Thai cooking lesson. The instructor was very knowledgable and was able to compare information to our country. Was great to learn how to cook traditional Thai food. The best part is eating your creating at the end (also taking the recipes with you to try at home!) what a great experience... A must do when in... More
