We were staying at the Marriott Vacation Club and loved strolling along this sandy beach alongside the Andaman Sea. In August the sea is high and rough and swimming isn't recommended but this is still a wonderful sight.

Located at the back of Anatara Hotel, it took us some while to locate the beach. We went there at 3~4pm and the sand was burning hot! So I decided to go for the THb400~500 beach massage. The ladies were very funny and the massage...More

Hi Gavin, apologies for the late reply, Mai Khao is really far from Patong beach. It is easily an hour drive away. Mai Khao is a place really away from the crowd, with a long stretch of beach to enjoy but it is definitely... More
