Gorgeous. Before u go up there is table with scarfs to cover up your self. Just bring it back and fold it nicely. That's the only place don't charge you for it. Beautiful views on top.

If you have spare time, you can visit the place. Very good view of Pattaya coast line from the top. You can spend an hour or more there to enjoy the peace.

A trip to Big Buddha is of course part of the Pattaya experience. There are many statues around for a very pleasant photo shoot experience. Also next to Big Buddha is a Chinese garden which is very nice. Ring the big bell for good luck....More

a great place, but in the daytime it's very hot, at the rush hour I do not advise you to go there! better in the evening

I guess everybody will have a scooter in that area. It will makes it way more comfortable to go all the way up to the hill. Nice viewpoint great for pics.

We rented scooters and road up. I am sure the hotel can provide transportation. We also stopped for lunch so I am not certain just how long It took to get there and back. The hotel should know sorry I wasn’t much help in... More

About half hour walk or 10 minutes by motor bike taxi. Taxis are not metres in Pattaya. So you could try the 10 baht bus going up Soi Buakao or walk to baech road and get a baht bus there. Take a baht bus from South Pattaya... More

Do either. I walk but if you are tired use bike. Plenty of parking spaces ..no problem. Both the areas you mention are worth a visit so go to both.
