Amazing place and a challenge to get there but worth it

It's still undergoing development and looks like it'll be a bit commercialised once done but no doubt, still a great place to visit once finished.. Went up on a rented 125... read more

Less of a garden and more of a little sculpture park set with a stream running through it on a hill. If you are taking in a few places then the drive up gives some spectacular views and the 'garden' is only 80 baht each so not a big outlay. I would not expect to spend more than 10/15 mins... More

The Secrete buddha Garden is located in the centre of the islands on top of a hill. I rented a bike for the day. The ride up the hill is fantastic. There's a small entrance fee for this attraction. Recommend as part of a day around the Island.

Our guide told us we should not go to visit this place as it isn't really secret and more of a touristy place. At the end he was more then right. It would not recommend to go to this place. First the trip up there is long. And then there is the "secret garden" which is a concrete way down... More

It's still undergoing development and looks like it'll be a bit commercialised once done but no doubt, still a great place to visit once finished.. Went up on a rented 125 scooter... it managed 'ok' but be aware there are very steep gradients and sections are just hard unmade surfaces... Be aware of the 4x4s taking punters up there as... More

Maybe I just didn´t get it, but I just expected more.Something like garden full of flowers, litle paths, statues and so on.There, after you pay 80THB entrance fee, you will see few statues situated around the river at thats just it.

Actually there's lots of concrete there and we were disappointed compared to what we were expecting and the many other sacred places and temples on the island that one can visit. In addition there's a long drive up the mountain to get there...

If it would be for free, go check it out but for 80bht per person-no way. Park is small and walking through the whole thing takes around 15 minutes (we thought it would maybe be some kind of hike through the park or sth but no, just few stairs and thats it). You'll get the same experience by googling the... More

Garden without plants where everything is made of concrete. Nothing fun or mystical about this, absolute scam. Save yourself the money!

This place is actually called "The Magic Garden" on our map, and was created by an elderly hermit in a "secret" place. The location is not signposted anywhere, and to get there you need to go preferably by car or taxi. The road is badly damaged and full of pot holes, some deep so drive carefully, especially if you are... More
