Good pubs and restaurants, and excellent for backpackers that want to walk along the beach or enjoy drinks. Not suitable for kids/swimming, then lamai or chaweng is far better.

Beach is clean and quite compare to Chaweng.Personally i prefer Cahweng Noi than chaweng. Not much people around and you can relax.
It's not the main beach at Chaweng, but less crowded and noisy, with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is safe for swimming and the high tide is especially great. Don't miss the coolers from the Beach Bar!
The beach provides swimming positions in a gentle surf and in relatively shallow water. Along the shore there are several rocks at the waters edge with excellent platforms for photographs, often giving the appearance is further out in the sea. High recommended visit
We were here two late afternoons/evenings and there were only several clusters of people doting the place. So it was perfect for us as we just wanted a quiet beach to relax. So definitely not the place to come if you're looking for a rowdy...More
