If you travel around this area even for a week, you will easily figure out how things work. In this case, the sticker system did its magic again. We booked through our hotel and we were picked up (almost) on time. We were taken to the "collection" point (or the company's office) at Krabi. They gave us the right sticker... More

Trip from Koh Samui - Ao Nang went smoothly. Boat left on time, staff were helpful. I recommend sitting outside, upstairs to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful views while sailing. On the pier busses were waiting with destinations written on paper by the busses entrance doors, which made it super easy to navigate. The bus had aircondition, staff... More

We went from Krabi to Koh Phangan back to Krabi and all the ferries and bus rides were ran very smoothly and on time except one ferry was about half hour late. Would use again. Recommend paying extra to go into the VIP room on the ferries on the day :)

Booked the lomprayah ferry to get from samui over to phangan and the price included transfers from our hotel. The transfer was late and then drove so fast and badly the whole way there probably trying to make up time he'd lost. I felt sick by the time we arrived! The check in process was ok. The ferry itself was... More

After reading reviews for both Lomprayah and Seatran we decided to go with Lomprayah for our transfer between Krabi and Koh Tao. Still we didn't know what to expect as it's safe to say some reviews are awful! We are pleased to report that this was the best transfer we have booked in all our time in Asia (5 months!).... More

This was one of the worst travel decisions I have ever made, and I'm pretty sure my wife and I will talk about it for years to come. We booked with this company because they were rated #1 on trip advisor. Also because we knew we would be on the bus for 3.5 hrs each way and figured that the... More

This company is the most expensive operator in Thailand, yet they offer lousy, old, broken-down transportation. The aircon on the bus we took from Phuket to their pier going to Koh Phangan was broken. It was 38 outside and 36 on the bus. It was a miserable bus ride. At least the ferry to Koh Phangan had working ac. The... More

Their ferry is the most expensive and landed 2 hours late for 2/3 trips. Then their 'shuttle' transferred us to a public bus both going to and from Surat Thani (with a 3 hour delay past the schedule). Don't be fooled by the their timetable which shows them as the fastest. Don't use this company. Ever.

Had a really great experience with this company! So easy to book online, and smooth connections all the way. We read a few things online about being scammed by non-Lomprayah people. When you get off the train in Surat Thani- look for the ladies/gents in their official shirts. They'll swap your booking for your tickets. They will also give you... More
