I can't imagine a cooking class getting much better than the one I had w Aon. I work in a kitchen in NY so it was really fun to kick back some beers w Aon and watch him work his magic. Aon has the experience of cooking with his family growing up as well as experience from culinary school so... More

Aon prepared an awesome experience for my wife and I, where we were joined up with two other couples and cooked up a storm in Aon's backyard. It was a clean facility and actually was very spacious and had a nice backdrop, so the scenery was enjoyable. We first started off at the market, bought some produce, and then made... More

We signed up for this cooking class on a recommendation from a friend who did it two years ago. We got a private lesson (just myself and my friend). We started with a trip to the market and learned about the vegetables and foods Thai people usually cook with- very interesting. We made coconut soup, used a mortar and pestle... More

This is my first TA review, but I must share our awesome experience! Aon at Red Chili is truly the best. After an informative trip to the market, you get to see his home and cook with him all afternoon drinking beer, rocking out and having a genuine good time with warm Thai people. As a cook, I was interested... More

Aon picked us up from our hostel and took us to a local market to buy ingredients, and explained the different types while we smelt and touched them. After he drove us to his beautiful home where we would be cooking. He would talked and showed us through each step of the recipe, while watched and asked questions. Then it... More
