1st day's hike wasn't really exciting as there was just a 3-hour walk through the rice fields and established trekking paths. After that we arrived to karen village, which seemed pretty authentic as far as a modern karen village can be (children have smartphones of...More

Thank you Richa and Mr Dang (our new favourite canine trekking companion) for the most incredible 2 day experience! Every moment offered something unexpected and spontaneous and truly felt like we were exploring the local surroundings as they came. Unlike other tours we looked at...More

If you're going to be in Chiang Mai, plan for the 3D2N trip with Pooh's that includes a trip to the bamboo hut. This experience was better than anything so far in 3 months in Asia because it's truly unique and so well organized. The...More

We booked a trekking for one day in the jungle. What a fantastic experience. Although we didn´t see many animals, it was absolutely beautiful to be walking in the jungle. Just a small group of 6 with 3 guides. Amazing to have your lunch made...More

The real advantage with this company is that the group is small and you're off the beaten track (we didn't see any other tourists during or day-long trek). The guide was chatty and happy to answer questions and the accompanying porter made us a beautiful...More

Definitely book ahead if in high season. When we went on the 2 night trek in January 2016 it was maximum of 6 people per trek. And contrary to imagex's experience, we found the staff and the tour to be amazing.
