Wished the weather was cooler and I'd spend the whole day there!

This is a beautiful park to honour King Rama IX! Beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and water features. It is so huge but wonderfully well-kept. It was really hot the day we visited, yet the workers were happily tending to the various upkeep duties. I am so blessed to see how the Thais honour their dearly beloved King by working... More

This is one of the best parks in Bangkok for bird watching. You'll find plenty of different species throughout the year. It's really quiet during the day time and there are plenty of shaded spots so you can avoid the heat and pretty much have the park to yourself. Also great for running - again I'd say it's the best... In the middle of busy life in Bangkok, this is a peaceful, quiet and lovely park with a nice lake and good atmosphere. S&P Restaurant as always serves nice quality food for a very reasonable price. I recommend to go here...

This was a very beautiful excursion, my best recommendation is get there early and move around quickly before the crowds arrive. Its well worth the effort

If your looking for a nice green place by a lake to just chill out, then this is for you. There is a vast expanse of grass as well as the beautiful flowers and what appears to be a botanical garden as well. We did not go into the building in the picture, just soaked up the serenity.

Kings park is a beautiful green oasis in the city of Bangkok. Come early and enjoy the park in the cool of the day. On the weekends, there is a great little market just outside the main gate (off Srinakarin) we get waffles for brunch and take them into the park to eat.

Wonderful park with nice water features and lake, beautiful flower beds and interesting architecture for the buildings in it. Great for taking photos.

What a magnificent park this is, and not to be missed. It's a bit out of the city, but we caught the MRT and a taxi without any problem. We were lucky to have timed our visit with The annual flower show, a magnificent array of flowers, markets and food stalls. There's plenty to see and do in the park... More

This place well surpasses the idea of a park. I mean you cannot deal with it if you have the idea of a regular park when you get here. It is an ideal place for families to gather in the weekends and spend a quality time. In my word, it is one of the most well kept and maintained park... More

We dropped on this park almost by accident and what a find it is. Absolutely superb gardens from all around the world along with various specific displays both indoors and out such as Orchids, Ferns, medicinal plants etc. It is so peaceful and calm after the hectic chaos of central Bangkok. It's no exaggeration to say I enjoyed this park... More
