Koalas, elephants, zebras and pandas are just some of the 1,600 animals on display in this fairly well-maintained zoo. The zoo also boasts large green spaces and a pond with paddle boats.

Being Australian I think I've been spoilt with the quality of the zoo's we have, so Dusit was a bit of a letdown. Older style smaller enclosures & limited exhibitions, & animal performances (which I dislike). Easy to get to & other attractions nearby.

Seriously as comparing this and the Safari World Zoo and Park, I will choose Dusit Zoo any day and time. It's very clean and the walkway is spacious. The price is so affordable and with that price, you can't beat it. The monitor lizard is...More

Nice place for kids.. although its old it makes the youngsters very happy with loads of questions. You can see the elephants, tigers, zebras, flamingos, etc. Good day out.

When wandering around the Dusit Palace grounds, you'd
almost forget you're still in a Southeast-Asian city.
The Renaissance-style buildings and leafy gardens
wouldn't be out of place in an European capital, and
the serenity here is in stark contrast with the
chaotic city life outside of its complex walls. Dusit
is one of Bangkok's oldest districts, and while the
rest of Bangkok is modernising at a rapid pace, Dusit
