We stumbled upon Chatuchak quite by accident and what a discovery. it's one of the largest weekend markets, and it has everything under the sun. Lots of great, cheap souvenirs, some higher end items, and endless rows to explore. Definitely carve out a few hours...More

Great place to shop and experience the bustling weekend market. You can practically find everything in JJ market. Love the bustling crowd! My advice to people : bring small towel to wipe your perspiration and cool yourself with portable fan😀

Every weekend, thousands of tourists make their way up
to this Northern Bangkok suburb to get lost in an
enormous maze of shops at the Chatuchak Weekend
Market. Home to almost 10,000 vendors, you’ll find
everything from vintage sneakers to comic books and
Thai handicrafts being sold here. You name it,
Chatuchack probably sells it. The market is a great
place to pick up souvenirs, but be sure to bargain for

Definitely viable for floating market The flea market is large and has extensive walking but depending on age of children well worth the trip Would recommend staying away from the animal section
