Stayed in Soi 11. The area has lot of Construction and Development, hence didn't enjoy it much. Always has lot of traffic. Suggest to avoid.

The shopping district. There are expensive models and small local shops and Caroline my eyes with open air stalls. In some spots, night markets set up close to sunset. The area is easily reached by public transport, either taxi rail although time-of-day will make a...More

The place is very nice and seems like New Delhi. There is something for everyone in this area. From shops to eateries to entertainment places such as Nana.

I always choose a hotel along Sukhumvit as I enjoy going to the shopping malls along the BTS and having lived at Ekamai (Sukhumvit soi 63) in the past, it is easy to get around with the BTS or taxis to see friends and go...More

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls
lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll
rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While
the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of
entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys)
where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for
a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and
soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's

Hi, if my family was staying for one day in Bangkok, then I would look for a hotel with a pool and breakfast, as it is a long flight + taxi from the airport. We always take a green/yellow taxi (privately owned) from the... More

Yes, definitely. We stayed there in June this year. I walked the streets on my own several times and at no time did I feel unsafe.
