We came to the museum based its high rating on trip adviser and we were not disappointed. The museum is a little way away from public transport. We took a Taxi from our hotel there. There also isn't much food around, so plan on eating...More

This is the best place to go and see contemporary local art in Bangkok. A must visit if you are interested in local artist; its real art and not the overpriced and shallow one you can get at all the so-called rip-off markets and galleries...More

The MOCA is a worthwhile visit to explore the extraordinary revamp of the previous silos and provides specracular views of the architecture and views of Cape Town. Incredible views from the 6th floor coffee shop/restaurant

Some really cool pieces, nice atmosphere, good way to spend 250B and a couple of hours. You're able to take photos in most sections and there are some nice, immersive exhibits. Even if your not into art it's pretty good.

This is where you get to know the Thai arts for reals - what they think, dream or inspired by. Although it is heavy on the paintings. Those are spectacular and assembled with care from the best and most well known of Thai artists. So...More

This Bangkok activity it’s a must! The ticket is 250 baht/adult, so it’s not that cheap but your time there will be greatly spent. A lot of very good, imaginative, contemporary thai artists that surprise you and also teaches you something about the thai past...More

If you like museums and arts, you definitely need to go to this place. The collections are marvelous. You will see local Thai artists works and also some international one. My favorites were definitely Sompop Budtarad's works, Songkran Devi.

My guess is yes, because (1) they have a storage space for bags and (20 since they don't allow you to bring any bags into the museum (not even water).
