This stadium is too far from public transportation, has an archaic feel and lacked amenities. Add to that the double standards with security for away fans and hone fans made fir an unpleasant experience.

The stadium is absolutely massive for Thailand but that is about the only positive. You seats are far from the pitch, sound system is terrible unless you are by a speaker, and there is no game clock for the fans to check. Also, be sure to buy any food you might need prior to entering as there are no concessions... More

Saw Thailand play Australia in the world cup soccer qualify. Large stadium . Great atmosphere. Not the easiest to get there as there is no close public transportation. Outside there are a lot of outdoor little restaurants with local cusine.

The stadium is nothing special. The events in the stadium can be interesting and people watching can be more entertaining than the games. But it is what happens around the stadium that is the best. There is a night market everyday except Wednesdays. Its a great place to find cheap eats and inexpensive clothes. At the very least a great... More

That's all it is, ano her multi-purpose stadium. Not much to see unless you are attending an event there. It is located next to the main campus of Thailand's biggest open university, so there are plenty y of shops and restaurants where you can pick up trendy clothing and accessories, along with affordable meals.

When you book tickets try to book on the lower levels. Up high it's a long climb and you're quite far from the action. Also, get there early. Thai's love to arrive early and claim seats, similar to this Germans at the pool side :)

Terrible for traffic around there. You might want to take the Airport Link to Ramkhamhaeng and take a motorcycle taxi or taxi from there.

First thing about the stadium is it's a long way from public transport. It is nestled in the back of the university. Luckily I had many hours to actually get there. Once I arrived I didn't really look around too much as I just wanted to get a good seat in my allotted area as it was free seating. There... More

I am a women's football fanatic, but I felt like I was on holy ground here. Some of the greatest Thai women footballers have played here and it is still the home stadium for both of the Thai National teams.

Massive stadium, well short of capacity for this match (a friendly) so can only imagine the atmosphere when it's a full house for a World Cup Qualifier. As you may or may not know, traffic in Bangkok is scandalous, so my advice would be to take the Skyrail to the nearest station and walk to the ground, don't make the... More
