Perhaps one of the first spa in bangkok. It 's really beautiful, passing the historic colonial-style hotel to get there by taking a small hotel's ferry across the Chao pra river ,fantastic and romantic experience. Even the spa is in colonial style and truly luxurious, the quality of the massage is excellent maybe the price is a bit expensive but... More

We went to the spa for the jet lag massage based upon the recommendation in a guide book and were blown away by the wonderful staff and luxurious spa experience! This award winning spa met all of our expectations and then some ! It is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed a scrumptious lunch at their restaurant on the river.... More

I had a swedish massage for 1 and a half hours. The masseuse was nice and she focused on some of the knots in my upper back, but, although the massage was nice, it was nothing too special. The massage room is lovely and extensive with a safe (which was unfortunately broken), shower, bathroom, and an elevated platform with a... More

I shall preface this review by saying that the Peninsula Spa was fully booked, hence the need to go next door today. The Oriental Spa is providing no more than any middle-of-the road establishment in this city of spas is offering, except with a price tag that rides on the Mandarin Oriental name. The spa was below par. Took a... More

The spa is really beautiful and I wanted to love it. I enjoyed the boat ride. I booked a 3 hour freedom package and the person I spoke to one the phone discussed the different therapists for each part of the treatment. When I arrived they greeted me by name and claimed I had booked only a massage. So apparently... More

I normally don't like massages too much but this one was the best massage I ever had. I was so relaxed and happy after. It was very efficient and professional. The place is also beautiful on the water. If you try one ask SERM, she is definitely one of the best masseuse in SPA.

I get a massage a couple of times a year and have been to a lot of the larger spas in the U.S. (e.g., Four Seasons, Elizabeth Arden Red Door, bliss, etc.). No experience can compare to the experience my husband and I had at the Mandarin Oriental spa in Bangkok while on our honeymoon. After landing in Bangkok after... More

Can I give them 100 stars, because they deserve it!!! What a great Spa, by far the best in Bangkok. We opted for the couples massage and started with the 30 minute bath before our 90 minute Thai and Oil massage. It was our honeymoon and we had had an issue with the hotel so they upgraded us to the... More

I went here for a couples massage with my wife. She really enjoyed it. Must have been pretty good because I fell Asleep a few times during my massage. The setting is quite neat, with a short boat trip from the hotel to get to the other side of the river. It's spendy though - maybe 40% more than some... More

well, at least that's how I felt during my treatment. It starts with taking a beautiful boat across the Chao Praya to get to the actual spa and it goes on with a beautiful and warm welcome from the team. My facial was just an hour in heaven!
