Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful space filled with lovely artwork, artist stalls and a quiet art library. Art library provides free wifi codes and a serene place to read and reflect. Lots of clean washrooms. And best of all, it’s a free activity! Highly recommend it.

Very Disappointing and Basic
A most unmpressive 'art centre'. Few exhibits and very basic. Much better artwork in art galleries. Very little for sale and very few shops. Neither interesting contemporary nor traditional Thai art. Full of snack stall and school kids. Give it a miss!!

Being a fan of art galleries and museums, I added Bangkok Arts and Culture centre to my itinerary and was so glad I visited. The architecture is amazing and the atmosphere was peaceful too. At different levels, there are cafes, small shops and galleries with artworks from different artists for you to view. Even for my friends who are not interested in galleries/museums, they were entertained and enjoyed the visit to this place as well. Would definitely recommend for those to visit if they come to Bangkok.

Like the Guggenheim BACC has a central atrium surrounded by nine floors of exhibitions ,shops, and restaurants. A lot of programmes for contempory arts, music, film and design. However, the food, a mixture of impressions from all over the world, does not fully capture our impressions.

I have probably walked by the BACC 50 times but never stopped in -- my loss. What a beautiful display of artwork!
The building is 9 stories tall, very open, and filled with interesting pieces of art, some of which are quite large. The building has a very open feeling about it and there are quite a few small cafes, coffee shops and tiny stores on the lower levels. And there is no entrance fee!
Definitely worth checking out and I always enjoy supporting the small local shops. You will find some unique gifts here.

This place is free of charge to enjoy! The Bangkok Biennale was on so I got to enjoy lots and lots of art at one go! If you're fearful of heights, best to take the elevator to the upper floors. The escalators are free-standing, so can be a bit scary. But the art is simply delightful!

Yes, I took photos inside, no problems ... but you may not be able to use the flash, most places like this don't allow a flash. But there's lots of natural light coming into the place.
