Bangkok Art and Culture Centre

I traveled to the Bankkok Art and Culture Center in Bangkok. I went to visit the arts Drawing that is attached in a place, a beautiful place, a beautiful picture, blends with the pictured building, good lighting, good atmosphere, cool air conditioning, suitable for people who love art. Because it is a quiet place, with paintings, photographs, sculptures, you can walk around and watch. There are 9 floors in total. There are escalators so that we don't have to feel tired when walking up. Would recommend to visit because it can make us relax.

Bangkok Art and Culture Center A collection of art exhibitions for people of all ages. The exhibitions will be changed according to activities such as art exhibitions, movies, music and creative design, etc. There is also an art library. Shop and coffee corner as well.

More than I expected
Mar 2020 • Solo
Rainy Sunday it was, that forced me to duck into this space for some shelter from the downpour outside on Bangkok. And I am glad it happened that way.
The building itself is architecturally appealing.. (think almost Guggenheim)
Multi use spaces interspersed with coffee shops.. Book shops.. More galleries.. Other event spaces.. Meeting rooms a library and some retro and green spaces.
I spent about 2 hours here browsing through the shops.. Looking at art and just absorbing the scale of the building.
Won't make this a kid friendly space.. But will give credit here - They appear to have made considerable effort for mobility assistance.

Exhibitions change often..so a quick browse on the Web to make sure you don't walk into a dead zone.

Overall.. I found the space energizing and uplifting.. The art was a bonus..
Coffee- chocolate- earth- and all other lovers of all kinds.. Come and explore...

Although it doesn't look much from the outside the interior architecture is stunning. There wasn't a great deal to see art wise on our visit but it offered a wonderful place of air-conditioned calm I the midst of the frantic pace of the city outside. Lots of places to have reasonably priced coffee and look at artisan stalls.

we saw a live band playing outside the building. We saw photographs made by university students.

I Especially enjoyed a solo exhibit by Thanathorn Suppakijjumnong. Art pieces were made by typewriter on paper. Very interesting and different. If only I could bring one of her works home...

The Best Coffee in Bangkok

Superb coffee, a delightful and welcoming staff and centrally located in a beautiful building that houses temporary art installations. It’s near the National Stadium sky train stop, aka the BTS.

Excellent contemporary culture in Bangkok
Jan 2020
A well designed building with lots of space, and offering a variety of exhibitions.

When I went, the two exhibitions working down from the top completely satisfied me. The first was a series of photographs taken by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn during 2018 and 2019.
