Only few activities open for the public since repairs. but they gave us only 20% for just floating in a lazy river

We went in July, and just returned in October. Over the last few months, they had picked up a few new food options. The kids had a great time, and it wasn't too crowded. I'm always pleasantly surprised how much money you get back on rentals there. Rent a locker, floatie, etc. It's worth it for the cheap price!

Visited with a young family. Many areas and rides closed and the place is quite run down and actually dangerous in parts. There are a few areas that are OK for very small children but that’s about it. It may have been good 10-15 years but now it’s very run down. Pororo Water Park is significantly better - cheaper, bigger and much more modern.

The biggest waterslide was closed. The artificial river is very slow that sometimes you will stop, because the accelerator is closed.

The locker, towel and the floating ring all needed to rent.

One of the waterslides must rent a floating ring and some people may get hurt, because it is easy to overturn.

The water park still have three exciting waterslides so it may still be fun.

Like most of the recent reviews, we were left disappointed by the number of areas that were closed for renovation.
The kids still managed to enjoy themselves, but we found ourselves stuck on the same slides; playing in the one location for most of our visit.
Not sure why the renovation takes so long, but worth noting especially for families with older kids

Strongly advise not going to this place .. old and dirty. Nothing is included in the entry fee. All price gouging ! Avoid it at all costs

This is really a beautifull water park at the roof of Bang khaye Mall. Not that far and you could find all sort of kids activities inside the mall.
As most of the travellers believe entrance ticket is really cheap and they have got a very clean and peacefull family environment.
My only suggestion is to bring towels, costumes and swimmers cap along. Be prepared to get the floaties and lockers on rental basis but they donot cost much.
Its a worth visiting waterpark if you want to spend 3-4hrs with the family.

We researched this water park prior to arriving in BKk since it seemed so much cheaper (220 Thb, or less for younger children under 130cm) than some of the bigger more touristy theme parks around the city. As most of them are outside the central parts of Bangkok the 30 min taxi ride (160 thb from Khao San area heading west) wasn't so bad. The Bangkae Mall itself is rather good too, so you can shop, visit the kids planet area (arcades, play areas, ceramic art workshop) and food halls, etc, while you are at it. At the entrance to the water park you will be asked if you have a swimming cap. If not, you have to buy them (cheapest is 70 thb) at the swimwear shop just in front of the entrance to the water park. Inside, you can hire towels, lockers and rubber tubes required for some of the rides (deposit required). Food and drink can be purchased inside, but take cash with you, and you can't bring your own snacks inside.
The hanging area is clean, modern, spacious and well maintained with clean toilets, changing cubicles and benches.
Plenty of outdoor seating g with tables and under the shade to sit for a break.
Rides include an additional flume from inside the mall which is an extra 60 thb per go, and requires a stamp after paying, and you show it at the entry. It is difficult to get the information needed for this but we perservered! There is a lazy river, some slides and a tipping bucket that crashes water down at intervals, amid many screams and squeals from waiting children. Lazy river is depth 1m.
There are fountains and fun sprinklers for the younger ones, too, who all seemed to love it. Not too many challenging slides but it is fun and refreshing for an afternoon.

There are a few of these waterparks in Bangkok, but the one in this review is the one in Bang Kapi. Went there twice already (earlier this year and in July). First experience was much better, maybe because we went earlier in the day and it was a new place, so we explored alot. Entrance fee is 220 for above 130 cm and 120 for over 90 cm, under 90cm is free. Bring a cap to wear at the park - otherwise, you have rent one (10 baht). bring enough cash also, because there is no ATM inside, you would have to dress up again and go out to get cash. And you may need extra for all the deposits that you pay for the caps, lockers, hoops, etc. Overall water park is not so big (since its on the roof of the mall), there are about 5 slides, including the ones with the big water hoops. You have to rent the hoops, they are not included in the entrance. They don't have much deeper pools for the adults, only 1, most of the others are for the kids, though adults are welcome to swim anywhere. I found the water is a bit cold in most of the pools, especially in the place with the big kids playground. The lazy river (in July, when we visited) was under renovation, I think they are making it much better. That was a let down, cos we loved the lazy river the first time we came. They have a lot of thai food options there, not too expensive, I think food is not allowed to be brought inside.Overall a fun experience.

Was brought here by a friend. The mall was very quite empty as it was a weekday. We were the only ones in the lagoon. It has a variety of water rides. The place is quite well maintained.
