Many shops selling clothes, bags and accessories but did not buy anything as find designs not that attractive and prices not cheap. Come after noon as most shops open late.

Try to go in early to mid September. There would be more Summer clothes and also at the mid of the month, the sales will be like crazy because they will be switching to cooler clothing.

No, you can buy even 1 piece. The more you buy you can bargain with them. Take your time to shop, there are 7 main lanes, and more surrounded shops. RaoHe night market is walkable distance, don't miss that.
