1 of many malls in the xinyi area, this is more youth oriented as evidenced by the kind of shops. Also more local brands. Many restaurants and food concepts too, some more crowded than others. The Haidilou hotpot from china and Putien chinese from singapore on 6th floor are packed to the gills. Rama thai and La vida italian on... More

It was great 3 years ago. Now changed. Small boutique stores disappeared. However, the food outlets still plenty. Buffet restaurant up there still as good as before.

A good place for some food and shopping during the day. You can stay for sunset drinks and then roll into the bight with the bars and nightclubs. An all day and night venue if you have the energy.

Great selections of restaurants with few retails. If you like night life, they have the most concentrated night clubs in Taipei.

This building might look really ugly on the outside, but it has quite a lot of content in it. They have restaurants, fast food chain, night clubs, and clothing chains like F21, Berksha, Pull&Bear etc. Although if you want to shop specifically for F21, there is a better one at zhongxiao dunhua station!

This is definitely the best place for going out at night. Every floor has bars and clubs with different styles and music. I went to 10/F frank, 9/F Myst, 6/F Elecktro I think frank and Elecktro are more worth going . There are not much people in Myst but the atmosphere is still absorbing and intriguing. There are loads of... More

There is a large selection of restaurants inside the building mostly focusing on Asian cuisine (Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean, Thai, etc). There's also several big brand shops as well as boutiques. The outside offers a selection of fast-food such as Quiznos, McDonalds, TianRen Tea, Pizza, etc. At night this becomes a very very very packed destination for party goers due to... More

There are no shortage of malls in Taipei, particularly in Xinyi, but many (most?) of them catered to a high-end clientle, and didn't have much appeal. The stores and restaurants at ATT 4 FUN (no affiliation with the American telecom company, best I can tell) clearly was geared at people under the age of 35. Many of the stores were... More

There are many cute cafes and restaurants on the 4th floor. Main hall designed under concept Alice in the wonderland. Nice toy stores. The best is a shop (iconic of cartoon by Ghibli studio Japan) on the basement. Pompompurin cafe. Good place for youngs amd kids. East to access by the link bridge from Taipei 101.
