The prices are exorbitant, I do understand that this spa is catering for tourists, but lets not forget about locals. The Spa is serene and in a good setting, the hotel is good but I would choose Ezulwini.

Stayed at the Royal Swazi Spa in August and was a great experience. Huge hotel with a great restaurant, and walkable grounds. Would recommend for business as they’ve got a good business center and reliable WiFi.

On approaching this hotel we were really impressed with the setting and location, the front of house is well appointed and looks like a real luxury hotel. The disappointment really comes in the rooms themselves, they are badly on need of a refurbishment and generally...More

Once upon a time this was indeed a lovely hotel in a beautiful location with excellent service and a great conference facility. Sadly that has become a memory of the past. The focus on this hotel is simply the casino and standards have dropped. Disappointing.

The staff is friendly and good. And quick to respond. The rooms need the modern types of plugs and they should do a recheck on plumbing in bathrooms. Some rooms needs a wet hooving.Otherwise the hotel is excellent with their Casino and bussiness cente

Beautiful building with welcoming lobby area. Rooms comfortable but with basic decor. Staff was helpful. Good restaurant and good food however without a wow factor that one could expect from such a place.
