The upkeep of the garden sometimes leaves much to be desired but my recent visit showed it to be now well kept and inviting. The garden is endowed with unique fauna which is best in September to December and radiates an ambience of serene calmness. You will feel relaxed and saviour the fresh air which is far from the maddening... More

Once beautiful park, unfortunately not well maintained. Nice little patch of green in the city center, used by locals on their way to office. Many people hanging out and relaxing on the green, not advisable to go as tourist on your own or in the evening.

Its an okay kinda place where you can relax briefly if you wanna briefly escape from the hustle and bustle of Harare life. It can get quite congested at times and is not recommended at night for personal security reasons.

Driving around the park area or taking a stroll brings delight this time of the year. Flowering Jacaranda trees have turned purple making the whole town that color. Good work by council gardeners has kept this feature intact.

sadly this place has not been looked after and many parts of it have fallen into disrepair. Any plaques on monumnets have been removed and this is really sad. there are often markets and book fairs held here so they are trying

I have been to Harare many times and am disappointed that the place is not as well kept as it should be. It was such a lovely venue - to compete with any global gardens but I hope that there will be a change. Be wary and try to not to be too conspicuous to pick pockets

Lovley garden Potentially away from traffic and the hussle and bussle of the city but it's very poorly maintained and dirty, would be brilliant with a bit of looking after, peaceful place though if you choose a nice spot.

The Harare garden is a lovely place to relax. Looks green always though not so quiet because it is in the CBD.

Small, a lot of people begging. I was alone, guys wouldnt stop bothering me. the center is still pretty well maintained. Side with the sculpture garden behind the museum is quite pleasant though.
