We loved, loved, loved Wild is Life. Not only is it a brilliantly run sanctuary for animals and an incredible chance to get up close to giraffes, elephants, lions and more, but also the most wonderful hospitality. The animals are all here for a reason and are fantastically cared for. Where possible there is a programme to release them into... More

Wonderful staff doing important work rehabilitating wounded or orphan animals. You will be up close to lions, giraffes, elephants, and monkeys.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Jane661! We are so glad that you appreciated our efforts in rehabilitation. Just a note to say that we do not have kangaroos at Wild is Life, but perhaps it was a predictive text problem! Please come and visit again soon! x More

Wild is life is a fantastic wildlife park and rehabilitation center. This place really plays an important role for all wild animals in need. I take great pride in ensuring I in no way support any organisations that may exploit or use animals for their own profit and greed and Wild is Life is the complete opposite. The tour is... More

Amazing place. I've been a few times and have loved it every time, but due to its higher cost it is a 'special occasion' thing. The people here do fabulous work educating and helping animals in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. Also wonderful work in education and learning about rehabilitation, especially for elephants. Highly, highly recommend for all, but older children... More

Alex and Angela were fantastic hosts, Alex made the tour so special and made us really feel welcome. The interaction with the animals was super and an unforgettable experience. And yes, the high tea is delicious and the evening snack was also wonderful in a fantastic setting... but what impressed us most was the love, care and respect we felt... More

I had a most wonderful evening in May 2016. This is such a fantastic place to visit. You get to be up close with wildlife, that are being taken care of. The tour guide was wonderful, so knowledgeable, and lots of fun. After the tour you get to relax in a beautiful outdoor setting. Lots of incredible food and variety... More

Having spent the last 10 days in Namibia and Vic Falls we didn't think we could possibly top what we have seen and experienced we've been so fortunate. And then we went to Wild is life, which was our reason for being in Harare. It was an extraordinary afternoon, watching and interacting with the animals that haven't been so fortunate... More
