We really enjoyed our visit to this American Cemetery. The history of the battles is very well presented in wall map ad mosaics. Most people have no idea how important North Africa was in WWII. WE were also glad we went in the last afternoon...More

As with other overseas military cemeteries, this place is immaculate. Staff are very knowledgeable and can tell you about many of the people buried here. Highly recommend if in Tunis. We were able to catch a cab just outside the gate to go back to...More

A peaceful oasis of calm. Even if you are not American this place is worth a quick visit, especially if you are a history buff. It's beautifully maintained, but it is worth highlighting that it is closed at weekends and on all US and Tunisian...More

This is a small oasis of green and tranquility in the suburbs of Tunis. The grounds are immaculately cared for and the marble stones gleam bright white in the sun. There is the most spectacular and massive mosaic depicting the N. African and Med campaigns...More

A truly beautifully maintained war cemetery, visiting here is an unforgettably moving experience. I spent several hours here, and left feeling a special bond with those who gave their lives so we could be free.
