Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

Jardin Majorelle is a quit and beautiful place for walks and spent some relaxing moments, to admire the flowers and trees, cactus and many exotic other plants, wonderful garden.

Must go but queues ....so either go early or about midday when they seem to die down. Hard to take photos without tourists in shot...or perhaps arrive about 4.0 pm and see the museum first.

We did the gardens as part of a half day tour, they are lovely and the atmosphere is a break from the busy Marrakech centre - we mentioned we were students and showed ID and it was half price - this made it super reasonable...More

I think the garden itself is really nice, the amount of cactus-es and bamboo trees you see and all sort of exotic greens are really beautiful ! I would only pay for just the garden tho, you do have the option to see the museum...More

Although it took a while to get in, the 45 minute queue was well worth it (top tip - it opens at 8am - get there early!). The gardens are just beautiful. So calm and tranquil walking round them. The “marjorelle blue” colour is stunning...More

Beautiful gardens, well worth a visit. Amazingly quiet inside and lots of different trees etc. Was very busy though

It was pleasant , glad we went but not worth a second visit as not sure much would change due to nature off planting, Very very long cues, over half hour to get in.

Educational and well laid-out that it keeps you interested to the very end. A very interesting display of cactus and succulents, the size of which are quite impressive.

There seems to always be a queue so the earlier you can arrive, the better. It's very lush and peaceful once inside. The flora is well marked and exceptionally well maintained. There is a memorial to Yves St Laurent and Pierre Berge within the garden....More

Get there as soon after opening time (08:00) as possible. The later the day, the longer the queue. Well worth the wait though. And take time to visit the little cafe and the Berber museum. Taxi is probably the easiest way... More
