Came here for a nightcap. The bar is in classic style, very nice with good cocktail selection. Prices are a bit high, but this is quite normal in such a high-class bar in a "non-alcoholic country".

Beautiful hotel where Winston Churchill used to stay, which has 4 bars on site as well as restaurants and pretty grounds. You don’t have to stay at the hotel to go for dinner or drinks. We went during off season so it was VERY quiet – good in once respect but lacking atmosphere on the other. The Churchill bar was... More

A beautiful classic bar with a lots of history, 1930's style and timeless. Lapsing Sour awesome. Vesper Martini spot on. Lovely 'sit up on' piano. Worth a visit! Wish I'd stayed at this hotel.

We had a little bit of time before we were due for dinner and had heard about La Mamounia so decided to drop in and have a drink. Arrived at the gate to be greeted by 2 security guards who simply looked at us and said "No!" We have travelled all over the world and this is the first time... More

This bar needs to be on the list, if you are in Marrakech. It's probably more because of the history of La Mamounia than the the bar itself. However, the Martins are good.

Fantastic interior, great drinks and a wonderful pianist. On the night we went just a little lacking in atmosphere as there were only a handful of people in the place.I understand it has been closed for a little during refurbishment so maybe word hasn't got out yet that it's re-opened. Or maybe it's the prices - around £12 for a... More

Again another part of the city where there is history and a nice story. This place is expensive but then it would be if it was where the man himself use to visit and have his cigar and a drink. We tried it before going onto one of their restaurants.

Nice room and decor. Drinks were adequate however service was slow. Half an hour before they even asked what we wanted and another 20 minutes before the selection arrived. Very friendly but not in a hurry.

Apparently Winston Churchill called this the loveliest spot in the whole world, and it is easy to imagine him puffing his cigars after a day of painting in the gardens. The whole place is beautiful - the fairylit gardens outside, the Moorish design. This bar is small and dark with lots of leather and pictures of jazz singers on the... More
