A lovely place to wander, surrounded by students revising for exams and interesting water-ways. Well kept and clean. An easy place to sit and read, and we found a great cafe/restaurant near-by.

When we last visited Fez 15 years ago, this garden was in sad shape. Maybe that's because the area had been suffering from a drought for a long while. Now, though, it's beautiful. Unlike many public spaces in this part of the world, this garden is well maintained. The plant and bird life offer a restful change from the bustling... More

This well-kept garden is a pleasure to visit. Lots of shade, flowing water and quiet spaces. It does credit to the city of Fez.

It was obviously still enjoyed by the locals, and I am pleased there is a green area to walk around within the city, but I believe more can be done to improve this park. If you miss... More

Formerly closed to the public, the gardens opened and are a lovely alternative to the packed souks. Fountains and walks guide you through the space. Take the side path to the Mellah with palm lined lanes.

Beautiful gardens, perfect for a relaxing walk after lunch. It's closed on Mondays. We loved the fountain in the middle.
