It has a fence around it. No signage explaining why. It's outside construction is beautiful, would have loved to examine the inside. But from the reviews it stripped.

Dirty. Empty. Lacking distinct style. Something to add? After two weeks I had trouble recalling architecture details. Let's go with "forgettable", then...

There's nothing to comment! Absolutely not worth it!!! Empty and dirty church. There's a lot to see in Morocco... don't waste your time.

I had to visit the cathedral but was so sad to see its interior had been completely stripped. It is now used as a gallery. There is evidence in the stained glass of how magnificent it once was.

Expecting a European style cathedral and being sadly disappointed. This is an empty shell and was not worth walking all that way in the heat. But the view was spectacular from the top.

This church was extremely beautiful at one point, but it is not today. Like the other reviews state, it is a little depressing. It was definitely an experience, however. The stained glass windows are beautiful from the inside and the building is very big. Make sure to wear shoes that you are comfortable walking through pigeon feces, though. It is... More

My girlfriend wanted to see this church because we had a wonderful memory of the Sacre-Coeur in Paris. Unfortunately, this place of worship has been disrespected with spray paint and other graffiti. We never made it inside because the doors were closed and the exterior looked like people had threw trash on the ground.

The church is advertised as a museum/gallery now, but it isn't. Pigeons have completely taken over the interior. It is dark and musty, and the smell of pigeon droppings is overwhelming and probably unsafe. The handful of paintings displayed have been damaged by pigeon droppings running down from windows above. Three young men at the entrance proudly stated that admission... More

The building has a huge potential, unfortunately what you will find there are just pigeons' poo and piles of rubbish outside.

Outside..the grand cathedral is a wonder and amazing. However there is nothing inside it. Just the exterior.
