Unfortunately the King was in town when we were there - There was a lot of traffic, many policemen (resist the urge to take their pictures - you will regret it). The shops around the palace are mundane and not worth the effort. All in All,I would suggest avoiding this congested area and head toward the mosque and ocean.

One of the most beautiful paleces in Marroco, you can enjoy the visit even if going with children, as we did.

We saw the outside of the royal palace as part of our city tour of Casablanca. It's located in the Quartier Habous. You just get to see the outside, for photos of its fantastic doors with Arabic arches. This is a nice addition to the city tour, as the grandeur of the palace is a good contrast with other parts... Joined a tour to see the City of Casablanca. Guide brought us to the Royal Palace but did not see any except the outside of the Palace and see guards. Not even allowed to take picture of the guards, just the door. That's about it.

We didn't stop there for too long. Our tour guide dropped us off for short and we just took a few great shots at the beautiful doors.

On a city tour with our Gate1Travel group, we did a quick stop-and-take-pictures here at the Royal Palace, very beautiful.

Lovely trees beside the palace. Really detailed gateway. Guards come from each of the armed forces plus the royal guard who was wearing his red winter uniform.

Part of our tour, we stopped here to see some doors with a large area in front of it. If you are lucky, you might see wedding parties coming for a picture.

we were unable to enter the grounds as the king was in residence but got an impression of the grandeur of the palace. Be careful when taking photos, one of our group had his camera taken by a policeman and photos deleted

It was a shame we only could view this palace from the outside, would've love to go in and see, unfortunately that was not the case when we went or should I say dint know if we were allowed to go in or not, any ways from the outside it was nice to see a different historical looking palace, that's...
