The Marche Central is where ordinary people shop. It has colourful and interesting stalls, especially for meat and fish. Fresh fish of every variety!It is along Blvd Mohammed V so you'll be close-by anyway. Take a wander through.

You can buy from the fresh fish stalls and then have your choice cooked to your specifications at one of the cafes but you need to haggle so speaking French or Arabic will help I prefer just to wander past some of the cafes and...More

Or! It probably is if you like to eat fresh fish. Did not see anything here that I liked. People scammed us and made us pay double for coffee, etc etc etc.

Ok, you will chose you fishes or seafood from the market but please negotiate as the prices are very much inflated for foreigners. The restaurants near by will cook you pick for you for a minimum premium Nice experience and super fresh fishes or seafood...More

10 minutes should be more than enough to see this market ! And unless you intend to buy some fish , meat or flowers , or all of those , you will probably leave 'Marché Central' behind you in no time ....
