It was a truly magical experience to take the camel ride into the desert and putting up a night at the camp. It was freezing cold in the December night but was expected. Too bad the sunset was a bit cloudy to get a perfect sunset but it was still beautiful.

Sahara desert was great, just wish we had few more hours there. The 2 hours one way camel ride one way was longer than we expected but the sky/stars/galaxy made it worth. It was a hot sleepless night and too bad we forgot to bring our tripod..

I don't think you can see northern Africa without taking time to see the Sahara, it is truly a sight to behold. The shadows that the sun cast, the camels walking statuesque along the dunes, it is truly awe inspiring. We did a sunset camel ride and I would say this was my highlight of Morocco, the camel guides were... More

We had a private tour from Fes to Marrakech through the Merzoga dessert. The scenery through the dessert and the Atlas mountains was absolutely stunning! The stay at the Berber tents was also a unique experience, having the chance to sit under the stars and have a chat with one of the Berber people, about how their life was living... More

Doing an overnight camp in the desert was a highlight of our trip. If we had more time we would have liked to stay longer. Make sure you bring ample water and long-legged pants and socks (it gets cooler at night). We had done a 3 day excursion in total (Marrakech - Sahara - Fes).

We truly enjoyed our 4-day desert trip! From Marrakech to Sahara, and back to Marrakesh. We had our 70 year old mom join us too, and it was a surprise rip for her. Hassan and Omar, the "Berber men" from the desert, made sure that our mom and us were safe and comfortable the entire 4 days trip. Hassan went... More

I only had three and a half days available to enjoy Morocco. Hassan customized his tours to accommodate me and recommended several riads to stay at. My plane arrived at the Marrakech airport at noon Sep 9, where a guide picked me up and spent the rest of the day showing me the stunning sights of Marrakech. The next morning... More

We had a 3-day tour from Marrakesh to Fez at March and everything was very well organized. The places we stayed were nice and the night at the desert was very interesting.
