Quite big mall. All types of brands, high security, good transportation, a very big and impressive aquarium as the main attraction. Downside: very noisy in some areas, because some stores play their music like in clubs: VERY LOUD.
A very modern shopping center full of things to do, amusement park, Great view over the sea. And the cherry on top of the cake is an aquarium with amazing sharks, which you can get inside the elevator with a 360º view
Removed from the city centre. Accessible by tram 8DH from the train station and then 10-12 DH taxi. The taxis will always try to get to pay you some more so be careful. Nothing really special about this mall considering that I come from Gulf countries where we have way bigger and better malls than this one. The cinema there is nice. It's good place maybe to just pass the time there and have a cup of tea or coffee.
The mall is slowly going downhill. Stores are closing, many of the toilets are broken, things look dingy and are beginning to look run down.
