It was the old Agadir on this hill, and after the earthquake in 1960 now it is just ruins. Many locals sell souvenirs and others have camels trying to get some cash. Very nice view over the beach, fish port, the marina and the promenade.

Nice view of Agadir from the top! You will also see lots of men and their camels up there just waiting to take pictures of you and their camels. I would recommend the ride up there. It's simply beautiful and worth it.

I think one can walk back but quite a long walk .I wouldn't chance it as road poorly lit and not very even surface . We went by coach and the place is quite high up .

I read your review and I am perplexed. i have been in Agadir 2 months and see no garbage anywhere. This city is cleaner than most. Where did you see garbage?
