They have remodeled the playground and walking trails and it is super. You can walk the trails and have the kids play on the playground.

This lake area is man made, when you see it you wont believe it, and the entire perimeter is 2 miles and once you walk it, you will want to do it again.

I'm not sure why this is on here, as it's such a small lake, surrounded by homes. There IS a great walk/bike path, though. The park district also offers sailboat lessons.

During the summer the boat house has snacks and rentals for the lake. It has a great walking path and it's a nice walk around the lake.

Lake Arlington is a great area to go around to get some good exercise, and the lake itself is gorgeous and glistening with the signs of nature everywhere! There's also a neat path that goes through the forest and you can rent a paddleboat too!...More
