A little off the beaten path, T & C offers so many varieties of Tea & Chocolates (of course) for sampling and for purchase. They also have seating areas to sit and enjoy a bite to eat. Beautiful property. Food & drink was great. A little on the pricey side for retail items. But I would definitely Go again.

A cool place if you are very into gourmet chocolate. We enjoyed the tastings and a hot chocolate on the back balcony which has a really nice view.

I had not been to Copan Ruins in about 10 years, there many places that we will see this week that we are here visiting. E did our research to look for new places and we were taken here. You have to be aware that their schedule window is only from 4 to 6 pm only. I like in the way they explain what they do in terms of process of the cocoa, and all their products. We had some hot cocoa, it was great, and two good desserts, one browny and one cheese cake. The place has an awesome lay out, very natural and great view. The service is great, very clean, nice bathrooms and good wifi. Parking can be a challenge. Do visit, you will jot regret.

Accessible by a long walk, taxi, or tuk tuk, this retreat-like setting makes a nice change from the busy center of town. Interesting products, lots to learn and try.

I was here a year ago, and I had to return this time as well, and I brought my friends with me. Suzanne - the photographer who displays her works here and runs the place is a truly lovely person and is so passionate about what they do. They are growing cocoa, vanilla, cardamom and many other indigenous plants, and they create teas, spices, cosmetics and more. They are doing research on cocoa, and how to return this crop to the region for local farmers, as well as other crops. The shop-store-tea room is beautiful, in a beautiful setting. Sitting on the porch or laying in a hammock, drinking artisanal chocolate or tea is a slice of heaven.
