I was advised that I was going to see deers and that didn't happen. The maps are very confusing and you just don't know in which place of the map are you located at. The bathrooms are very echo friendly (you just don't want to get in there), and it seems that they never get them cleaned so the smell is awfull. To get to the restaurant, you need to first get lost in all the park and then you arrive there. The bathrooms near the restaurant stinks. The places where you can do romantic things are not that romantic and place seems that hasn't been taken care of, plus, you don't have privacy since all people are walking around the park.

Relatively close to the city, has horse back ride, animal seeing, in winter a small waterfall, canoping, and lots of other ammenities. Very good decks to watch the sunset, cool spots for pictures. It also has lots of spots for hiking, cicling etc The food is becoming better . Spots to camp are good as well. Lots os security which is good.

Let me re frase: a SAFE outdoors option for the city Guatemalan. Maybe it is too far away from the city if you are a tourist, and add traffic to that... impossible. But if you do visit, it is a nice, huge park on the side of a mountain with a great view, nice food, a long canopy and a Q50 fee. Oh don't forget, an amazing pet allowed policy. Yes, dogs are allowed! They even have a "dog park" inside the park where you can unleashed your beast so it can run free. You can spend the night camping or renting one of the tents they have, that looked great from outside. Canopy is Q45 for one, 20 second ride... mmm Maybe another time. Also, they said they have deers... I've been 3 times and no deers... The restaurant has a wonderful view, and a very friendly staff. I recommend the "relax sandwich", a vegetarian option with "queso panela" instead of meat... AMAZING. The pizzas seem pretty nice, but pricey. Too big for one person and for Q120 I was not going to give half to my dog... I love you Pelos but not that much! Overall it is worth it... I will return probably every month, because in this car infested, building saturated, violence paranoia of a city you don't get to be outdoors that much.
